In the recent past, Kömmerling’s engineers and technicians developed a modern, technically demanding PVC window system with an installation depth of 76 mm – the Kömmerling 76 centre-seal system.
With this development, not only the best thermal and sound insulation values were met, but also a strong optical impression was achieved. Narrow sashes and frames allow large areas of glass to stand out. Your living space is not only filled with sunlight, but you also get a beautiful feeling of the warmth of the home and living in it. The resulting solar thermal energy significantly reduces heating costs.
The outcome of such a thoughtful construction is a PVC window system with exceptional thermal insulation. The coefficient of thermal conductivity is already reached in the standard construction with an optimal value of Uf-1.0 W/(m²K). Kömmerling also excels in the field of sound insulation, achieving values of 48 dB when triple glazing is used. Even the installation of special safety glass is possible, up to a glazing package thickness of 48 mm.
