Practically the profile consists of two separate chambers external and internal, between which is a polyamide strip that makes a thermal bridge or thermal break.

In this way, permanent thermal insulation is provided, where the formation of condensation or so on is prevented. "sweating" of the profile on the inner surfaces of the profile due to the large temperature difference of the external and internal air.

Ideal properties Thermal and sound insulation is achieved when the chamber is filled with polyurethane.

Aluminum carpentry has certain advantages over PVC and other carpentry. The biggest and basic advantage offered by aluminum in comparison to PVC and other carpentry is firmness and ease materials.

Aluminium cold profiles.:

Cold aluminum profiles are profiles that do not have a thermal break or polyamide strip that connects aluminum, but they are a complete aluminum unit.

Cold aluminum profiles are mainly used for internal systems (partition walls, internal windows, screens, internal doors) as well as for systems where there are no significant temperature differences in order to prevent possible condensation or so-called profile sweating.

Cold aluminum profiles are priced vases for more favorable profiles than aluminum profiles with thermal break, where they are usually smaller dimensions and less weight compared to aluminum thermal profiles.
